Return Eligibility & Conditions

HydroJug accepts returns on eligible products purchased from our store within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

• Items must be returned in like-new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund and the item may be disposed of.
• Sale items, giveaway winnings, mystery box products, and custom laser-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Laser engraving or other third-party modifications void standard return eligibility and warranty coverage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact HydroJug support at dwaynelewis695797@outlook.com or through our store contact page. Do not ship products back before receiving return authorization.

Once your return is approved and the item is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Warranty for Defects

HydroJug offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers product faults related to workmanship but does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized alterations like laser etching.

• If you discover a defect, submit a warranty claim by providing proof of purchase, clear photos showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
• Claims can be filed via our store’s contact form or by emailing us directly.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, you must report the condition within 7 days of delivery. Keep all original packaging, tags, and stickers intact as they may be required for the claim. Be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
